Wingstop - Ames

During a tornado watch in our town, my roommate and I ordered Wingstop through DoorDash. To our surprise, the delivery driver was professional, timely, and courageous enough to risk their life to bring us our food. We were impressed by their dedication and some might say they were a hero. To our delight, our order was correct and tasted incredible. The fries were perfectly seasoned, and the boneless chicken was perfectly cooked. As usual, the Diet Coke was crisp, and the ranch dressing was perfect.

One of the ladies that attended us was very rude, had an attitude while we ordered. Very dissatisfied with my service.

Gave away my order and screwed my order.And they were arguing about orders.

Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I have had. Ordered food with my girlfriend at 6pm. There was one group sitting that had good and about 4 people waiting on good ahead of us. Right away it went wrong because the cashier Hakeem had headphones in and kept mishearing what we were saying. Then que the wait. About 25 minutes go by with no updates so I ask Hakeem and he said the food is being just finishing being prepared. Happy, I go back to waiting. ANOTHER 20 MINUTES GO BY and my partner and I get our food near 6:50 pm. Near an hour to get food, almost 20+ orders between ours comes and grabs food and leave, and when 6:50 came around and we complained wondering where our food was a helpful guy (didn 't get his name) offers condolences and gives us credit on our account as if we will want to come back. Would have preferred a refund so we didn 't have to come back. To top it all off the food wasn 't hot by the time we got home and my girlfriend was given the completely wrong sauce.

I ordered Cajun wings and original hot wings. The Cajun wings were literally just hot tenders with a little seasoning on them. The fries were way too seasoned, but the corn was good. The chicken was a bit soggy. But the staff were rude, yelling, and literally talking about me and my friends while making our food. We were sitting at the table right by the serve window.
