Bidra med feedbackI'd come in a few times to see what the store had or grab something small, but one evening I decided to eat here for a light dinner with my family. The hours posted on the front door said they closed at 8 or 9pm, I don't recall which. It was around 6 or 7pm when we went in. The young man working the restaurant portion did not seem to want to be there and I had to repeatedly insist of receiving all items that came with the order. My dude, it's not my fault you put the rice away before closing. It's not my fault there's a giant sign above the steam table that says all meals come with rice. It's not my fault that you put away the salsas. Message loud and clear I won't return.
I don't understand why they have a phone if they're not going to answer it. Not a good experience.
This restaurant is a hidden gem in Iowa, located right behind McDonald's and next to the printing shop on Duff Rd. It's a great place to grab a bite to eat. Be sure to check it out!
While the restaurant may not have a luxurious atmosphere, the food is excellent and affordably priced. I left feeling satisfied both in my stomach and my wallet.
The tacos are very good, especially the chicken ones. The staff is also very friendly.
