For the same mistake to happen to me multiple times, almost makes me certain this is no mistake. The entirestaff needs to be fired, management and all! This store is a disgrace to the dominoes brand! Unprofessional unprofessionalunprofessional!!!! i didn?t even want to give them one star i honestly rate it a zero!!!! Worst customer service ever.
It is currently 7:22 order my food round 5:30. I've called 4 times and never received an answer. I was left on hold for about n hour collectively between all 4 calls. Still haven't received any calls nor text regarding my food either. Edit: it says it wasdelivered but I haven't received anything (7:43) and they have the audacity to send me a satisfaction survey.
Horrendous service. On the evening of 10/19/22, I tried to order a pizza, and ended up trying for over an hour and a half. I called the number, only for it to send me to a robot who took my order, and right when I was about to check out, the line wentdead. I called again and the exact same thing happened , only with a different robot ?George? . I called about 4 more times,only to be sent to a call center and/or put on hold, or suddenly hung up on. Then I decided to go in person to see if I couldget it at the store. The lady who took my order had an *extremely* nasty attitude, and almost everything she repeated back yo meabout my order was incorrect. I got the impression that she was annoyed by me trying to order. And after all that, I still nevergot my pizza because they wouldn?t take my Amex card. TL;DR: worst pizza experience in my entire life; probably will never eatDomino?s again. This is my second time ever doing business with them and I am disgusted.
90% of the time, across all domino's I've been to, its very nice to enjoy the meal that's prepared for me. This one matched my favorite domino's. Thanks.
Every time I come to pick up my pizza based off the tracker I 'm almost ALWAYS told to wait another 5-10 mins! Tell your workers to learn how to learn the system putting the customer at inconvenience expecting stuff to be ready at a certain time andit is not!!!
