Costa Vida - American Fork

Kids run this place and are terrible at portion sizes of the food. They are not managed or trained to know how to do their 1st job. They are most likely underpaid and have to work hard.

I really enjoy Costa Vida, but this location has gotten my salad dressing choice wrong 2 out of the last 3 times I've been there. Today's order had the right dressing on the receipt, but the person putting my order together obviously just assumed I wanted the ranch. For me, the dressing I prefer makes the salad. The food was great I’m here to complain about the service, I was being helped like normal I got my food and this guy standing around behind the people working was mocking me to one of his coworkers I think is name was Simon but I am not happy about it it ruined my day.

I eat here a few times a month. Unfortunately I guess the word has gotten out and it was so busy my last visit with both dine in and drive through, we had to eat somewhere else. It was a sad moment.

I don't know who you got back there cooking, but they know EXAXTLY what they're doing. This steak was so AMAZING I had to to leave a review. Bless you chef(s) and staff
