Don Eduardo Authentic Mexican Cantina

It's a typical tex-mex restaurant. They seem short staffed on servers. The servers are nice and they are great at their jobs but they should hire one more and a bartender to help service be faster. The enchiladas are alright the beans are surprisingly good so is the rice. The queso blanco is actually fire. It isn't the best tex-mex food i've had but it's not the worst. If they improved the food by adding more vegetarian options and non meat salsas for the enchiladas it would be a lot better. My fiancé loved their birria tacos though.

I'd like to consider myself an enchilada expert having spent a decade in Texas. There is the out of the can enchilada sauce and there is the real deal enchilada sauce. This is the real deal here folks. They have a nice menu, reasonable prices and quick service. I would recommend this for enchilada lovers like myself who appreciate authenticity. Great place!

My favorite restaurant. The tortilla soup and spicy margarita is the best I've ever had! Service is great and the place is super clean!!

Our waitress was Skylar and she was 5 out of 5! The white queso was 4 out of 5. We also got crispy tacos and the meat was well seasoned but the taco shells were over cooked. So they get a 3 out of 5. The rice and beans were good for Louisiana Mexican food so they get a 4 out of 5 stars. I would definitely eat here again.
