Amazing pesto (definitely the best thing my table of 6 ordered, and the reason I would return....the orchiette with the Tropea and bottarga was also good), nice servers, and good aperitivo. However, a little too pricey.

I visited with a friend during a tour of Tuscany. As it was early in the season, the restaurant was quite quiet and we were seated almost immediately. The food selection was varied and excellent quality (I recommend the veal). The wine list was extensive and not over priced. I will visit again the next time I'm in the area.

Our service was a little slow to commence, however our visit was early in the holiday season and the restaurant was possibly not yet in full swing however we were happy to wait and enjoy the tranquility and the view. Once attended, the service was faultless and attentive our friendly waiter checked frequently that we were enjoying our meal and wanted for nothing. Our meals were delightful the pasta nero with baby squid was ‘melt in the mouth’ delicious as was the delicately battered fritto misto. The wine list was extensive a range of regions and prices. Although not inexpensive, the experience was well worth it.
