A local recommended this place to us and we were not disappointed. Incredible babi guling, as you can see in the pictures very generous portion of super crispy skin. Will definitely come back here and if you like pork you will not be disappointed. This place is so busy so you know their food is fresh. Enjoy!!!
Babi Guling is always personal preference but I love Babi Guling Sentrat because of the flavor of the sambal, meat, veggies, and most importantly the crackling pork skin!!! Local people call this place Babi Guling Santri , so if you ever find yourselves got recommended by the locals Babi Guling Santri , go to this place. I think this place is open from 5AM-10AM, then 5PM-9PM, but need to double check on this.

Personally, if I had to pick one of the local restaurants in Indonesia, it would be this one. I stayed in Ahmed for about a week and went there often. A lot of locals also come here. Just like a place that sells regular Nasi Champur There is no menu, only Babi Guling Nasi Champur is sold. Beverages are also sold Also, like normal nashi jjampur, the price may vary depending on the side dish you choose. I put everything on display and eat it, but it's 15K rupiah per bowl. The sambal sauce is very spicy, so if you don't like spicy food, be careful. It is only open for business in the morning, but I recommend going before 10. If you go after that, there are often no food. There are two other Babi Guling Nasi Champur restaurants nearby, so I went to this one. As mentioned above, a lot of locals visit it. There is no special signboard outside, so please look at the photos and visit. Most of the sales are done by older women. You may think that you do not speak English at all. Original 개인적으로 인니 로컬식당중에 한 곳을 꼽으라면 저는 이 식당을 꼽을 것입니다. 아메드에서 보름 정도 머물면서 자주 갔었는데 현지인들도 엄청 많이 오는 곳입니다. 일반적인 나시짬뿌르를 파는 곳처럼 특별한 메뉴는 없고 바비굴링 나시짬뿌르만 판매합니다. 음료도 판매합니다 또한 보통의 나시짬뿌르처럼 본인이 고르는 반찬에 따라 가격이 달라질 수 있지만 진열된 것들 다 넣어서 먹는데 한 그릇에 15K 루피아 이구요 삼발소스가 많이 매운편이니 매운거 잘 못드시는 분은 조심해서 드세요 오전 장사만 하는데 10시 전에 가시기를 추천합니다 그 이후에 가면 음식이 없을 때가 많습니다 근방에 다른 바비굴링 나시짬뿌르집이 두군데 더 있어서 가봤는데 이 곳이 제일 맛있습니다 위에 언급했듯이 현지인들도 엄청 많이 찾구요. 외부에 특별한 간판 같은게 없으니 사진 보시고 찾아가시길 바랍니다. 판매는 대부분 나이 많은 할머니가 하시는데 영어는 아예 안된다고 생각하시면 됩니다.
