What a brilliant, busy tea room. Excellent food at reasonable prices served by delightful staff. Would highly recommend you make an effort to seek this place out. Thank you to a great team and host.

This tea room is well-loved, offering a variety of hot meals, sandwiches, cakes, and drinks. The food is simple but delicious, perfect for a satisfying meal. You can choose a table and then place your order at the counter. The service is quick and efficient, even during busy times.

Meynell Langley Nursery is a very special family run business. Their skill is to be seen everywhere and their knowledge vast. I count it a real treat to go and buy from the at prices less than garden centres whose central focus these days seem to be on giftware and not plants.

Not great lunch, crowded, seamed loads of very large cakes on counter, place looking tired and dated.

We stopped at the café on a cycling route with more than a dozen riders. The bikes were visible from the café but we had to use the ramp up to the entrance for stacking which proved logistically challenging. The food is great and service was very fast (with a prior warning we were coming). The café also has air conditioning which was well received on one of the hottest days of the summer. We would occasionally use this café again, but it wasn't the warmest of cycling welcomes we have received this year.
