Bidra med feedback30 min wait to be told waiting on fries multiple past my order number got theirs. Don’t waste your time
This store is extremely slow. Plenty of employees doing a lot of nothing. Several customers waiting on their orders.The real kicker is the guy behind the counter sneezing into his gloved hands and not changing his gloves.It's been 20 minutes and still no order. The manager behind the counter said it was the next order 10 minutes ago.This entire store needs retraining.Edit: Finally got the food and it was hot and delicious. Thank you for getting that right ??
Every time we eat here they always give us soggy fries and chicken strips luke warm barely even warm I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs that’s how horrible it is. I’m not sure if it’s cause every time we order it’s through the drive thru and the people are rude and always forget our honey butter sauce as well but stop serving soggy food for once
Worst whataburger I've ever been to. My burger was cold and tasted off, it was bad enough that I tossed it after a couple of bites. My son ate his and had a couple days of terrible food poisoning. I'll never be back and the experience was bad enough that I might be done with Whataburger for good. Someone needs to supervise this place better. Anyone else be careful eating here, if it's questionable toss it, way better than the alternative. Better yet go to any other whataburger in town
I love whataburger. I was so disappointed today by her service. We sat in the car for 45 minutes while we talked the staff behind the glass. Not even let us know how long it will be. Another customer behind us went to ask for their food. When we waited, an employee came out of the window to see how long the line was. We said hello and they told us to keep going. No waiting time, no 'I'm sorry' etc. After all, we called her number to ask for the wait. The person who answered the phone was helpful and understanding about the situation and even offered free items, so not all the customer service was bad. I do not place this for other customers to see that I want to make sure managers see this so that they are aware of this kind of problems. I appreciate all customer service employees especially in the fast food industry. I understand how difficult it can be with such high customer volumes. I myself worked in the food customer service and understood this side of the coin completely. But I also know that it takes 0.5 seconds to provide your customers with the knowledge that their food can take a little longer.
