The Lost Cajun - Amarillo

The blackened fish was quite tasty, but the voodoo pasta wasn't as spicy as expected. The oyster plate was disappointing as the oysters didn't taste fresh. We also received a strange sandwich that we didn't order, which may have contained oysters. Overall, I think our dining experience could have been improved at this restaurant.

The highlight of the meal was the gumbo, but the seafood platter was small and the fries were served cold.

I suppose Amarillo is the best option available, but I found the Seafood Gumbo and the Voodoo Pasta to be lacking in flavor. The Fried Oysters (2 pieces) were overly cooked and burnt. Overall, the food in Amarillo is disappointing and lacks taste.

Best gumbo I have had in a long time highly recommend

Red Beans Rice/Alfred Pastao were very good but the hush puppies were hard as a rock and way overcooked.
