Papa Johns Pizza - Amarillo

I know it was New Years day when we ordered. But! The pizza and wings showed baked and prepared on the app for over an hour before they showed up. And yes, they were cold. The Buffalo wings had only a drizzle of sauce and we ordered the New York style crust and didn't even get that. Order from anywhere else in town. Seriously!

Curbside pickup order via app. Close to my house. Great. This pizza was the biggest mess I’ve ever seen from a pizzeria. All of the toppings were in the center and plain dough everywhere else. Called to complain, and you’re not going to believe this but the manager said he was just going to refund because they didn’t have enough dough to make another one. Never again ever. You would have to make it free and bring it to me first. God, I wish I had taken a pic to back up this review.

The gentleman at front counter came from the kitchen to take over for the older gentleman he was super nice and paid attention. On top of that he made our 3 pizzas and out popper. Our food was fresh and just 100% delicious!. More than we expected but worth it.

Everything was as I ordered online except I requested square cut and it was pie cut. No big deal. Great pizza!!!!

Ordered an extra large pizza from this location. Half was to be supreme, and half was to be pepperoni. When I checked it at the counter, it was not half and half because there were some cheese slices in it. The worker said, No, they just cut it wrong. I said, Ok, where should it be cut? He showed me a line, but it still was not half and half because of the cheese slices. I hate it when people try to justify shoddy work.
