I Due Scugnizzi - AMALFI

We had lunch here after we couldn’t get a table next door. Plastic chairs and it’s general appearance (although neat and tidy) didn’t look quite as promising as their neighbors but they were out best shot, as we knew there wasn’t much around. We were pleasantly surprised! We went for parma ham and mozzarella and the day’s special spaghetti with seafood. It was absolutely delicious the seafood was very fresh and the dish was so simple yet full of flavour one of the best pasta I had during our stay! I saw people ordering sandwiches (to take on the beach) and they looked amazing! Service was very nice and quick but I see how it could be a lot longer of a wait for some as the place got very busy very quickly during lunchtime. All in for what it is it’s doing it’s job perfectly well serving simple delicious food! Thumbs up

Coming back from Capri I asked a policeman at the port to suggest me a place nearby where we can eat a really good pizza or pasta. He suggested me this place. 5 min walk from the port. I am really greatful for that policeman. His suggestion was excellent. This restaurant has amazing food. I had a really good pizza and the pasta was also perfect. Service was excellent and prices are really reasonable. Deffinitly.a place to return...

La spiaggia del Duoglio è divisa in due lidi, uno di questi è il lido I DUE SCUGNIZZI che si trova sulla sinistra alla fine di un sentiero di circa 450 gradini. Stabilimento accogliente e curato, personale cortese ed onesto. Potete parcheggiare l'auto a circa 150 m dall'ingresso del sentiero. I prezzi non sono economici. C'è la possibilità di prendere la barca per visitare Amalfi al costo di 4 euro/persona a tratta. PS: sconsiglio caldamente il Lido degli Artisti

Ate here twice during the stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and much more accommodating than the staff in the restaurant next door (Lido Degli Artisti). On both occasions, we ate the Polipo e patate (Octopus and Potatoes) and given that dish is on every menu on the Amalfi coast, this one was by far the best we tasted. Food came very quickly after we ordered it. would definitely come back!!

We visited this beach in september, sun beds were cheap, and bar service was amazing they deliver coctails and food to your sunbed, and the pizza was AMAZING!! Really recommend this place, we had the best time!
