Weinhotel Romer - Alzey

After almost 6 month back to ROEMER! Still nothing else to say than: who ever comes to Alzey has to spend lunchtime or dinner in that place! Food and wine are great, location perfect, interior so nice and typically german.... Do not miss it!

Sometimes you just argue o a one time experience... But now, coming back after some weeks...it ist still and even more a positive experience... I was grateful to get a table even on short time notice and e had the local experience... a...goody food and a great wine experience... pls. : do not miss this extra special experiance in Rheinland Pfalz ...!

Trying to find some last chrsitmas presents I ended up again at the RÖMER. What a great atmosphere für the pre chrsitmas time! Including the nice decorated christmas tree! But besides the decoration of this so very traditional Restaurant I am coming because of the food. My friend is...always eager to have a schnitzel mit Zweibel und sauce ... BU I tried this time the super spft schweinelende with sauce bernaise and potatoes. It was a great surprise! Have a bite you never forget! And the wine, all from the chef produced, bottled and served, is representative for the work of the winzers (winemakers) in Rheinhessen. Come für a visit; if you are in Mainz, it will take you not more than 30 Minutes.... Have fun!

Finally at tripadvisor! The restaurant is definitely the best in town. Owned by a wine producer the wine gets perfect food paralleled. I know Mr. Schuckmann since more then 20 years and the quality never left the food . His cook is his secret... If you...want to start experiencing just have a Käseschnitzel mit pommes und Salat big portion, tasty, yummy yummy.... When I am back in Germany I HAVE to go to this place! The ambiente is typically german andf in summer you can sit outside next to the famous Big horse Brunnen on the Rossmarkt (Horsemarked). Alzey is worth any visit... but only, if you go to the Römer !

Заказывали венский шницель, запеченную свинину с картошкой, котлеты из телятины с картошкой фри. Официантка была очень доброжелательной и внимательной. Помещение ресторана небольшое, но внутри очень уютно.Можно выбрать столик на улице. Расположен в самом центре Альцая.Вкусные блюда, отличное обслуживание, хорошее месторасположение. Обязательно придем еще.
