Well Presented, Very Clean, Great Food Services In March I stayed in here on a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel is not that big but have A class infrastructure and was able to provide a very personalised service. Customer services were very good as you'd expect, but the restaurant services made a real difference to my business trip. The Assistant dining room manager was very helpful as were all of the restaurant staff. I was especially impressed by the Executive Chef, who ensured the standards of the great food in all of the restaurants and was kind enough to explain to me and show me how absolutely everything is prepared in one of their kitchens onsite and I was very reassured to see the super hygiene standards that the kitchens maintain. I was surprised to see that they make everything from their own and they have separate food preparation areas for everything (meat, veg, fish, chocolate, dairy etc. . The quality of the rooms and fittings was very good and the rooms were spacious with ample room for suitcases and clothing in the walk-in closet. The en-suite had a bath and all needed amenities which was very helpul. Keep it up sparrow inn. Looking forwd for my next visot soon.
