Tasca Morais - Alvor

I went to Tasca Morais with my Wife, Daughter, her Husband and our Grandson on Tuesday 8/8/23, Wednesday 16/8/23 and again last evening Thursday 17/8/23. The fabulous and inexpensive food, very warm welcome and lovely ambiance were first class. We had, Chicken Piri Piri, Grilled Squids, Sea Bass, and other Chicken meals. They were all promptly prepared and were excellent quality. The locals also regularly use this lovely Restaurant which is always a good sign of high quality and very good value for money. Thank you to Gil and his team who are superb.

We had a lovely meal here and some traditional Portuguese dishes. Only a small restaurant down one of the side streets but the staff were very welcoming and and the food was some of the nicest we had during our stay. Would definitely return.

An excellent little restaurant. One of our favourites in Alvor! Food is delicious and Gil makes you very welcome. Would definitely recommend!!

What a gem. Tiny family run Portuguese style restaurant. The Portuguese steak is incredible ,we first came here 7 years ago and it’s still the best restaurant in Alvor.

INCREDIBLE! We managed to get the last available table as soon as they open, it was fully booked for the rest of the evening. Got the grilled salmon and amazing cuttle fish with clams, omg! I never finish the pot but was so tasty I couldn’t stop. The clients around were booking their next dinners, honestly authentic food in the middle of very touristic restaurants. 100% would come again
