Shipley Do-nuts - Alvin

Tried to call ahead to see if they had the Earl Campbell kolaches. No one answered the phone. When we got there she said that they only have one size of kolaches which we know is not true she did not speak good English. It's really really irritating. Now they want me to rate my experience it is a zero again I say a zero.

I wouldn't say I'm a donut expert or anything but Shipley donuts will always be my favorite. I'm super boring and I'm perfectly ok with that; I love a bag of plain glazed donut holes. I've had a wild craving for donut holes and got some from Walmart and Krogers and there's just no comparison to Shipley! Driving in and out of this location is a little tricky but it's not that bad when there's no traffic. I've only been during weird middle of the day hours so I imagine early morning is super busy. 10/10 would get donuts here again

Pretty quick when in a busy Friday morning, but avoid the drive thru if busy, quicker to go in even though parking's interesting.

They were Very kind and patient with me with me even though I had lost my debit card and was trying to use my phone with Google pay. They were able to make it work after a few minutes. They were nice patient with me. I just don't see that kind of customer service anymore.

Coffee is burnt as hell. You forgot 3 kolaches, the 2 you did remember I could break a window with because they're that stale.
