Starbucks - Alvarado

Terrible service. Ordered ahead of time. There was only two cars in drive-thru. But I ordered to pick up in store. So I walk in. They hadn’t even started making the drinks. So they make one. Then the guy proceeds to make three drinks for a different order. Then makes one more of mine. Then makes FIVE drinks for someone else. All while I’m still standing there waiting for my order. Then he finally makes my last drink. Insanity.

Rude drive thru employees!And when did they start pulling out their credit card machines in drive thru to ask for a tip? Why would I be tipping you in drive thru?

If you love cold foam on top of your nitro, do not come to this location.

Very rude employees bad representation for the company.

Went today and my coffee tasted very bad. Tasted old. The coffee is expensive plus tipping. I guess it just depends on who’s working. Sucks i can’t even drink this now..
