Bidra med feedbackReally good food. large selection of dresses for selection. the drink selection was good, but the bar was only able to make the cocktails on the menu whether this was the policy or lack of skill through the bar that I don't know, but it was a bit disappointing. other than the meal and service were great. the staff often came back to take our order and check us out. eating came pretty fast for what it was. the meat cakes were great. desserts were also good. I had sticky toffee pudding that I had to have in england. it was ok, but probably not because of the restaurants, it turns out that I don't like sticky toffee pudding. I recommend romper for good eating.
I came with my wife and two friends from york when we had one left at night. booked here for lunch and can honestly say as an ex-chew itself, the mixed grill was from this world, the best I had from a mile. my steak was cooked to perfection. the personal was very professional so we're back!
Great meal and fantastic service. Really convenient location for the airport. Wonderful service
Staff were so helpful, couldn't do enough, the food was excellent And the bathroom was spotless, a big plus for me
Both I and my family members ordered from the main menu and the lunch menu. The starter of creamy garlic mushrooms on a tangy crumpet with cheese and a sprinkle of herbs (£5.69) was delicious and fresh. For the main course, I had the hand-battered Atlantic cod with triple-cooked chips and house-made tartar sauce (£11.95), which was served piping hot and was wonderfully flaky. I also tried a fish and chips dish from the lunch menu, featuring sweet potato fries at £7.29, and it was equally impressive; the difference can be seen clearly in the photos. Another dish we ordered was the Cajun chicken breast burger (£13.49), which came with onion rings, salad, and skin-on fries — it was very flavorful. For dessert, we enjoyed mini puddings along with hot drinks, including an Eton mess sundae and a salted caramel sundae with chocolate fudge cake, all around £5.50. Everything was excellent, and I loved that the teas came with a delicious cookie on the side; it’s these little touches that set this place apart. The restrooms were the best I've experienced in a long time, complete with a unique selection of items for use — a truly special touch! I give the managers a 10/10 for going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. The decor is quite relaxing, both inside and out, featuring soft rustic colors and cozy little areas that would feel very welcoming during the winter months. I've eaten here before, and I'm so glad I made a return trip. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!
