Taco John's - Altoona

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. The “store manager” is a poor excuse for one and extremely rude for no reason. Terribly nasty staff, and somehow the food is even nastier. Do not give these people business.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I now know why no customers where there at 5:30 pm. The portions are terribly small and expensive for no more than you get!! Won't be going back anytime soon. I think Joe Biden is running the place! Don't bother with Toco Johns!!!! Very pissed customer

The morning drive through lady reminds me of an actor in one those cheaply made HR training videos....you know the ones that demonstrate all the things you should not do in the service industry. Clearly she acts like this on the regular....I see rudeness is a constant theme in this location's reviews. Way to go ladies!!

Ordered the Boss Burrito...should be named 'Rice Burrito ' because that was pretty much all it was. Not joking at all, there was no more than 5 bites of chicken in the whole thing, and maybe 8-10 beans. So basically 3/4 of your burrito is rice, what a rip off. I 'm definitely going back to Panchero 's.
