Bidra med feedbackFirst of all, Red Lobster would like to say a great thank you for the support of our veterans, my husband just went back with 20 years of service and I am very proud of him! He eaten shrimp from red lobster and on the Veterans Day they were a free shrimp dinner to which we are so grateful! If he ever comes on a Monday, we'll be back for endless shrimp night! Service here was quick and very friendly and we thank you both so much!
The food wasn't good. Quality has fallen enormously. I used to be my favorite restaurant. My birthday party was terrible. Scampi was crisp, Alfredo noodles do not dry a sauce. Must have butter on them. Bread was the only thing that was good. Price for endless shrimp was great 21.99. Fried shrimps good. The new shrimps with bacon, okay, I won't be back.
Everything was all right. Nothing sensational. It was a better culinary experience, the last time went before the pandemic that was 2011. Service was a shortage of courtesy of the extended wait on the server to take our beverage order (15min), in a restaurant not visited. The food came out in fair time, was hot and properly presented. As mentioned earlier, it was not a bad experience, but also not great.???????
Amazing. Red Lobster exceeded expectations. The grilled selections and the soup were excellent. I am on a low salt diet, and it was great that my child also enjoyed the food. They have added a lot of options to their menu during the pandemic, which was a nice surprise. The daily, weekly, and lunch specials are a great addition. But the customer service was the highlight... OUTSTANDING! From the waitress to the host, every employee had a fantastic attitude. 5 stars all the way.
The Red Lobster in Alton, Illinois is the top choice in the area. It lived up to expectations.
