Johnsons Corner - Alton

Great meeting place bar must be a bit bigger, but eating and the atmosphere are great. Pig-talloin sandwiches are bombing!

Super disappointed, went to dinner last night. I ordered the johnsons special salad. when the waitress brought it out, it was missing the half of the ingredients.

Hello, last night went to eat there. my son and I ordered paprika, steaks medium rare! when we got them well done and very salty. ratchet, get.

This restaurant is literally on a corner as they would expect. the parking lot is however either above the road or along the road. once inside the restaurant is bigger than they would expect with some different rooms with tables. the service was good, but eating was unstoppable. I received a beside salad, which was drowned on the top of the twirl with 3 black olives on the side and a few rings on the top. I also ordered the grilled cod, which was strangely served on a piece of white brot with more raw cod rings under it. the cod was cooked in order, but he was bland. would like to have a lemon wedge or a tartaric acid sauce with him. also had fun on the side that were quite a lot of mush. that would not be a place I would come back to.

This place is great! great eating, great people and a cozy atmosphere. we appreciated the menu lenten very much!
