I was a regular customer because the croissants weren't bad all things considered; I never returned due to the inconceivable rudeness of the staff. 7:20 in the morning, the place is almost empty, the waitress sees us and refuses to serve us. Other tables arrive after us and are served immediately. We wait 40 minutes sitting at the table without being considered. We got up and never came back. This episode was the icing on the cake but I assure you that the rudeness of the staff was confirmed in several episodes with various inappropriate jokes at the checkout. A bar where you eat better than in many restaurants... Excellent dishes and, what is rare to find, a menu full of 0 km seasonal vegetables. The staff is kind and welcoming. I had a preconception about CARBONARA. Either at home or in Rome, not in our local restaurants (after several disappointments). Instead, here at the Ristobar Venezia in Treviso, it's a completely different story, I changed my mind: really excellent!! Seeing is believing. Well done! ...I would add that the lunch menu is quite varied including first courses, meat, fish (on some days, Friday in particular) and an abundant choice of 0 km seasonal vegetables.
