Searched for a restaurant in Thale. Not always so easy on Monday. But here we have gotten together. After a small walk in the dark here called beforehand and reserved a table for purpose. When we arrived there was enough free, but you never know. Our beverage requests were received very quickly. The card actually has something for everyone. Once the duck was ordered with lumps and red cabbage and the burger of the house. I took the Wiener Schnitzel with roast potatoes. Where it was a scavenger of Viennese art from pig. Even the food was fast at the table. Tastefully it was good and enough of size. Service was friendly and pay with credit card or EC card. There were two strawberry pots with vanilla sauce. Very good. I can recommend it with good conscience.

We were eating here last night and we were thrilled. The food was delicious. The prices are absolutely fine. I had a huge half duck with two giant potato dumplings plus red cabbage and sauce on my plate and that for 22.50 euros. I've been paying for somewhere else. The service was super nice and also the appetizers were very good. The ambience is rustic and cozy. We'll be back.

I didn't write it with recessions. But the restaurant Der Wasserriese deserves more than that. In short and well, the service is friendly and competent. I found the menu. No 50 dishes are cooked half-heartedly. Nee a handful of dishes prepared with love and craftsmanship. I felt put back on my grandmother's kitchen table. Wonderful. The colleague in the kitchen has my full respect. Thanks for the great food. Conclusion: Whoever is on the way to Thale should definitely return to the water giant.
