We were there for the 96.9 The Game NFL DRAFT Party. Great time was from everyone.

The customer services was great. I mean they want out of their way to meet my dietary restrictions. For me and the fellas it would be a spot to go for drinks and sports. However as for the food I wasn't impressed. I ordered a sample platter with sliders, boneless and traditional wings. The bread on the sliders was stale. The traditional wings... well let's say I've had better elsewhere. The boneless unbreaded wings were good.

I love going to WingHouse other places but this place was very much lacking in the food quality, almost like they're cutting corners. Their loaded cheese fries are soaked in straight out of the can cheap nacho cheese sauce and cheap bacon bits that you can buy at any grocery store for salad and it was disgusting. Our food took probably 30 minutes to get to our table and it was lukewarm at best. The wait staff was not attentive at all. As far as the bar staff and management, I didn't deal with them personally so I'm unsure on that. However the bar staff did look like they were hustling and working hard for the duration that I was there. On a number of occasions they would be the ones bringing drinks out to tables because the wait staff was, like I said, unattentive and very hard to even flag down if you needed another drink or anything. As far as management, they were nowhere to be seen. Here's the kicker, the place was not busy at all. I would hate to see that same wait staff during a rush hour.

Never really have good service here unless you're irregular. Managers walk around don't really get involved. food was subpar probably won't be back to this one

Went in with my family. Server was fantastic but the food was slow and not that great. Fried pickles were swimming in oil, boneless wings were cooked to the point of no return, either too much sauce or not enough sauce. I was very surprised as we have been to other locations and loved them.
