Bidra med feedbackThis place was recommended by a couple of friends and I decided to try it. I had a seafood boil with all three flavors medium heat. The crabs, shrimp and sausage were mushy and very disgusting. The potatoes and corn didn’t have any flavor. I wouldn’t recommend here and I wouldn’t eat here again. I’ll continue going to King Cajun Crawfish.
To start, the food was great! I came here for a birthday dinner and there were 6 of us. We all loved our food and had no complaints about it. The issue that we all had was with the service. Cory was our server and it seemed like she was having a bad day. From the moment she came to our table we could tell she was not interested in serving us. When she took our order, she was leaning on the wall away from us and then after the food came, we didn 't see her again. Some of the members of our party were trying to get drink refills for over 10 minutes. Thankfully, another server was passing by when she heard one of us say she wanted another Pepsi. I wish I knew her name because she was great! The best part was when we were looking over our checks to pay. One person in our party had one of their items on another person 's check and Cory was passing by and came to the table and snapped at us saying None of that money goes to me! It goes to the host, busser, and bartender! And then walked away. We were not even complaining about the automatic gratuity! Even if you are having a bad day, you should not be taking it out on the customer. So, while the food was good, I will not be returning due to the service and getting yelled at. I also felt bad that the person we were celebrating a birthday for had to deal with that treatment.
Ordered delivery. The cocktail sauce was the only good item. Shrimp over breaded and taste like flour. Tilapia very thin and bland. Hush puppies were tiny. Onion rings no seasoning. Overall bland all the way around.
Food was great but service terrible. The automatic 30 tip is ridiculous also, our waitress totally left and we had no back up waitress during our entire meal . No notice of her leaving at all. The of a tip should be rated on quality of the service not how many people are there. The food was delicious so we will go back but hopefully we'll get a better waitress.Parking: Handicapped parking was right at front door which is greatWheelchair accessibility: Great there was an inside ramp to by pass the steps
Most of my comments are centered around food quality and customer service.I am sorry but I can't even begin to rate this business.I was on a date with my wife it all started fine we were met by the hostess and seated the waitress came and introduced herself, we placed our orders. After that moment it was if stepped into a totally different place, the orders came out wrong.There was something floating in the water that my wife asked forLet's not talk about Manager she was trying hard to defend the cooking staff for the mixed ordersI am sorry but I don't think we will coming back
