Hostal Narbona - Alquezar

Basic and old fashioned but economical. Excellent situation in centre of town. Didn’t eat there but used it as a base to explore the area and it served it’s purpose.

The restaurant itself is quite pleasant and we had a seat overlooking the street below but the food was poor and so was the service. The menu is quite limited to start with only half a dozen different starters , mains etc so I was surprised to find that the 2 dishes I had picked weren't available, especially since the restaurant had only just opened for the evening and we were among the first customers. Maybe I should have taken this as a bad omen and left but we were starving by this point so I just chose again. Our starters came fairly quickly but we ended up waiting nearly and hour for our main courses while other tables who came in after had been served both starters and mains. I can put up with bad service if the food is ok but unfortunately the food was terrible. My fish was all dried up and my husband had ordered the chorizo which turned out to be simply sausage and chips and wasn't great either.

2 days ago, I went to Restaurant Narbona. It was horrible. We didn't look for it on trip advisor and we were very hungry, so we just sat down and waited... waited... waited... Finaly when the food came it wasn't really good.

Un albergue con mucha historia, muy acogedor y excelente tratamiento. nos hemos encontrado en casa, especialmente con la limpieza y las simpatías de todos nosotros empleados y administradores

Era domingo, y los únicos comensales en el Citado restaurante, la comida pésima, el trato corriente, y la sensación de q la comida seguro te sienta mal fue lo q pasaba por nuestras cabezas durante toda la cena. El precio 17€ por cabeza el menú.
