Subway - Alpharetta

Great place unlike some other franchise owned Subways, this one is clean, well maintained and the staff is clean and pleasant.

The fresh mozzarella was a great addition to the menu. Both the subs and drinks are good. Fresh bread, and they do well to listen. They are also nice about additional prices for many items on the menu. Quick and friendly, plus the place is always clean.

Subway has lost it's greatness when it comes to subs! I worked for Subway nearly 20 years ago; freshness of bread the care of making a sub to be presentable was a priority! So sad that now a days ppl just hire anyone everyone to just have those types of ppl ruining there business!

I?ve been a regular ordering food from this location through Uber Eats for quite some time now with no issues. We happened to order 2 subs in which only one came through and it not even being one of the sandwiches we had ordered. I?m very familiar with the layout of uber eats through a place i work at and it tells you step by step with what the order was and what the customer orders, it?s not that hard to follow instructions as it clearly tells you what they ordered. I tried calling this location 3 times with no answer to talk about this matter yet whoever is working there clearly does not care and seems like they want to be fired. completely unacceptable.

They had to cancel my order because the oven was broken. I wish I got a notification or something before wasting my time. The lady was nice about it though.
