South City Kitchen Avalon - Alpharetta

The food was well prepared and looked good on the plate. There were missing some of the taste that comes with the food of the southern kitchen. The drinks were very nice. The price seems a lot for the meal, but the atmosphere was very nice and the staff was great!

The reservation was made at 8 a.m. at the table at 8:01 several servers that passed and did not provide support or verification to see if we were waiting. About 20 minutes before the first server welcomed us. The food lasted 45 minutes, our waiter was good. But in general, could the service? ve was much better. Kansas City Strip Steak was delicious.

Wonderful atmosphere, food and impeccable service. Baked green tomatoes are fantastic. The Hanger Steak was cooked for perfection and the Halibut was amazing. I recommend this restaurant and I can't wait to try more from their menu.

Love, love, love! Eating is over price for tapas size portions that should be cure. I paid $50 for this dish and had to eat it somewhere because I was still starving! BUT... the food was excellent and the bartenders are not selfish with the alcohol! The host was friendly and helpful! Great atmosphere and connecting hotel is beautiful

Good spot for casual to fine dining in Alpharetta. I went for breakfast and there was a good selection. Overall it is a good spot located at hotel entrance area...somewhat hard to find with map navigation and thus just direct yourself to (The Hotel at Avalon, Autograph Collection) as map can send you to a parking lot at backside of hotel. The ambiance is warm and good for groups.
