The experience was amazing. The view was great and the idea is fantastic. If I could give them a few suggestions, I would suggest a better heating and more attention to the food you serve. The cowboy egg rolls were fantastic, the noodles, fish and chips and salad were good, but the Coleslaw served with the fish and chips seemed sour and my bread (served with the chicken bac) tasted absolutely burned. All in all a decent experience and would recommend giving him an attempt

What a great night! we have dined in the black pearl bubble with Ian as our server. It was a fun rainy night, but the bubble was warm and cozy, the service and food were both phenomenal, we had Calamari and crabs egg rolls as our appetizers, both perfectly cooked with tasteful sauces. I had boiled the halibut and again perfectly with a beautiful Burre blanc, the Prime Rib and Cajun Shrimp Pasta were exceptional. Only our second dinner this year and we cannot wait to go back. You have gone the additional steps with plumbing and cost with the bubbles to create a wonderful culinary experience in these crazy times. Great work.

Prime Rib was AMAZING! We accepted and it was so delicious! Savory and juicy and tender. Big part. Perfectly cooked. Can not recommend enough
