Bidra med feedbackWe came over this fabulous restaurant with our family of four children and everything was perfect! Great French dishes we loved especially the frogs and the steactars. the service is friendly and professional a special mention for cédric and its wonderful...accent!
We had to stop on our way to holiday nearby Annecy. This restaurant is very well located, welcoming and the best answer to brasserie that serves awful food:it is possible to eat at a convenient price, fresh products, well served with a smile.Restaurant was full but still we had our dishes served super rapidly. If you pass by, stop there!
After travelling all day, we arrived in Allonziers la Caille, looking for a place to get a good evening meal. We saw this place, tucked in the corner of what looked like an industrial estate, but decided to take a punt and try it.It was exactly what were looking for, specialising in alpine cheesy cooking. I got a 'planche", which was a wooden board with a big green salad, steamed potatoes, a large plate of thin sliced cold meats like jambon cru, salami and ham, all accompanied by an iron pot of melted reblechon cheese mixed with white wine, over a candle (to keep it melted). It had a beautiful crust, and was just delicious when combined with the above items on the plate. Such a simple combination, but so delicous. My husband ordered a tartiflette, which was a dish of thinly sliced potatoes, layered with onions and lardons and garlic, with creme and melted reblechon cheese (also served with a plate of cold meats and a green salad). The restaurant was packed by the time we left, and clearly a favourite with the locals. The staff was very friendly, and we will make a point to return to this place before leaving this area.
