The food is so good and fresh its truly wonderful. I know a lot of people like this restaurant. However, I admit bias due to other Chinese, Asian, and Filipino places Ive ate before. Still, its good for those who don't normally have access to Chinese.

We had an impromptu celebration dinner after we had to change our Nebraska family wedding to Alliance cuz my Grandma went in the hospital the day before. This was in 2010- and while they no longer can find servers to allow for in-person dining since Covid- their take-out is still a great change from your normal Sandhills fare. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. Hopefully they will change from styrofoam carryout containers someday. But I hope they don’t leave Alliance! A bit on the pricey side yet quite good. As of writing this they are experiencing a staff shortage and are only open for delivery and take out, yet despite this they still do excellently in making your order and getting it to you in a timely manner.
