Sam's Takeaway - Allerdale

I am giving Sams 2 star, Not for the food , But the way the prices are , Every time i go to sams, I order Doner meat and chips and every time the price is different, It wasn't so long ago the menu was showing £3.50 and i was asked for £4.50 and then the price went to £5, The last 3 weeks i have been charged £5.50, Last week i was asked to pay £5 and yesterday i was asked to pay £6, I told the lad who only just served me the week before that it was £5 last week , He told me it was because it had Garlic sauce on, Well I have had Garlic sauce on every time i have bought it , So i told him not to bother and walked out. Honestly, Get your staff to charge the correct amount or i might not be the only one not going back

Just not very good food. Horribly greasy pizza, with cheap toppings. But you do get free hairs. My mate’s genuinely had numerous head hairs.

We went late when you would think the food would be poor! However it was excellent. We got a chicken and doner mixed kabab, a chicken kabab, large garlic bread large chicken and mushroom pizza and 2 portions of chips. All for £28 which I think was very reasonable. Then I do think it is the best doner meat I have ate. What made me feel better was how clean the whole please looked. Definitely recommend.

Rang up to order a Sam's last night 2 orders for us and friends, hour and 40 mins waiting time. When our friend got their our order hadn't been done so had to wait for it to be made while his food got cold person taking orders at counter said tell your friend to come and get it himself. Rude. then paid for ours which was £19 for 1 chicken kebab 2 quarter pounder cheese burgers 1 portion of potato wedges and 2 cans of coke friend didnt realise til he got back with the food and we added it up, definitely not £19. Visited quite regularly as well but put my nose a bit out of joint now. Word of warning make sure you know how much it is before they tell you. Probably not Sam's fault but his staff need sorted out or need to invest in a calculater. Disappointed, foods really good though probably one of the best pizza shops about always very very busy though.

Sam delivered us some top quality Pizza and Kebab just a shame we had to wait a fortnight for it to be delivered....good food though, ball tingling.
