Taco Bell - Allentown

Lately they've been taking really long to bring out your order. Not sure if they're short staffed but lots of employee chatter and horsing around.

This is right by my work. I've been going here for a year (2021-22) and the drive through ladies are the SWEETEST. Every time I go they're friendly and quick. Normally I don't rate businesses by employees, but there have been so many different girls at the window and they're ALL so nice. Gotta give extra props to this Taco Bell

Restaurant was extremely dirty. Everything inside is very worn and old. It smelled bad too. If it would be updated it wouldn't smell as bad and would be easier to clean. Food was ok. On the taco Supreme all the sour cream was on one end. Tables, seats and floors were all dirty. Had trouble finding a clean table. Also the screens provided to order from have probably never seen a paper towel and some windex. For this old and outdated Restaurant, I would recommend the drive through, as the takeout food is usually hot and fresh from here.

Just went there to order food in drivethrough, nobody was saying anything so I drove around thinking speaker was not working. Turns out they were all together around talking. These ppl then wanted me to drive back around the drivethrough to reorderm By this time 4 cars were already behind me When they could have just taken my order right there!!

My daughter and I ran through the drive thru to grab lunch. Was a pleasant experience. No waiting and staff was pleasant as always.
