Located inside Target. Downside, hours reflect Targets. Great for a drink while shopping or waiting at the pharmacy. Service is quick and baristas are friendly.

Its starbucks. Never had a problem here. Had compliments on my nails and jewelry. Very nice staff that is working very hard.
