Bidra med feedbackI ordered empanadas as an appetizer, but they were overcooked. When another guest ordered the same dish later, they were also disappointed. I then tried the pork chicharonnes, which were good, but they lacked the crispy fat or skin that is expected in chicharrones. Additionally, there were too many pieces in the order and they were cut too small. Next, I ordered the red snapper. It looked like a typical whole fried fish, but it was dry and tasteless. It seemed like it had been fried for too long. They should have added some lemon or lime to the dish. The Caribbean salad that came with the meal was okay, but it lacked dressing. The rice was more like Japanese style than Spanish style, which should be cooked with oil for flavor and moisture. Finally, I had to remind the waitress and the chef that the fried plantains were missing from my meal. They eventually brought them out, and they were tasty and freshly fried. However, who eats a dozen plantains in one sitting? They should have included ripe maduros for more flavor and moisture, as well as some beans for a traditional Spanish Caribbean touch. Overall, the restaurant has potential but needs to improve its execution of dishes before they end up closing down.
In front of a concert in ppl we have reserved for this restaurant. the only thing that was not terrible was the poise of the waitress jenifer, who was the only waitress who worked. Drinks took forever and then the bar tab from white wine and glasses so began to serve in plastic. eating when it finally arrived, it was edible. there was a host who worked there who attacked, but instead stood around nothing. in the bar there was only bartender and tried to give food there too. there are not many concerts here and it is unbelievably unprofessional not to know what is going on in their neighbourliness and plan accordingly!
The ambiente was beautiful. but there was only one waitress and one to be trained, and they had the difficult task of serving preconcert diners who were on a timetable. they did their best. I accuse the administration of not being better prepared. the kitchen was either very slow or also underoccupied. that was okay, but when we got it, we lost our appetite. we will not eat there again.
We ate here on a Saturday night and it wasn't full, probably because of some bad reviews I've read. but we liked it here. the appetizers were only in order, but our escapes were all very good. there we were. my man had paella. the seafoods were fresh and they made his without tweeping for him. We also had the fried rice, a garnel dish and hang steak. the service was great, but everything is done to order, so do not go here when they are in a hurry. but go for a nice relaxing meal with friends.
The service was very attentive. All wait staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. We were two couples: one ordered the meat paella for two, and the other the seafood paella for two. We were also served a complimentary plate of garlic bread with parmesan cheese (very good The paella were both good but a little too salty. Also, one of us mistakenly ordered an bottle of wine. The prices are listed as latter figure he didn't notice and thought it was only. It was obviously our fault, but could the restaurant have made sure that that was the bottle ordered (the previous one had been in the range
