Liu House Asian - Allentown

Quality has gone down. For the 2nd time, I ordered beef and broccoli and they served it with undercooked beef. The beef was very pink and raw. This time I even ordered it well done and it came out undercooked. This explains why there is an empty dining room every day. It used to be my favorite spot for Asian food but I will not be back

Had an order from door dash last week. A California roll and a rainbow roll. It came warm and reeked of fish. It was inedible.I’ve ordered from them in the past about 6 months ago and wow it’s like a whole different experience now. Never again.

I ordered shrimp dumplings tonight and they smelled terrible like ash. We didn’t wind up eating them. That said, we love to eat at Lius House and have been going here for years. I’m hoping this is just a one off.

Ordered takeout from here yesterday and it was good. We ordered General Tso's with white rice and egg rolls. Everything was good but the General Tso was extremely hot with the pepper taste. It was actually a little to spicy to where I had to add some egg roll sauce to the General Tso to try to get it to be not as hot and spicy

My wife had the pork ribs lunch I had the Sechuan beef lunch. My daughter had the teriyaki chicken.Everything was over cooked, tough. The beef was a bizarre red color and mushy. good service. Nice ambiance but the food requires a chef.
