Dunkin' - Allentown

A regular Sunday stop for my family and friends. the best here. the personal is super friendly and professional. They never feel as if they are hastened and make sure their order is correct. donuts always on camp and the most decorative. there is a dnd closer to our house, but we go out of our way for this, for the much better service and quality of the food.

Fastest and friendliest Dunkin in the Area. Clean throughout and orders are always accurate.

I get that people are used to knowing what they want but I like to try new things unlike others then when I asked for certain things they didn't have any of what we I was looking for then when I went to the window to receive my purchases there was no greeting or thank you. I don't know where or why some companies hire the people they do.

The staff at this restaurant was extremely pleasant. I visited shortly after it opened and they showed great care in ensuring that my food was fresh and cooked perfectly.

I stopped to get a bite to eat but had to wash my hands first. The bathroom was FILTHY! It looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. The toilet and sink were both CRUDDY! I didn't even wash my hands. I just left.
