Bidra med feedbackService was all over the place. There are too many servers for a table of 6. The menu was too busy. I felt overwhelmed picking out dinner. When asking about a food item, the server was not educated on the item. However, the staff was very pleasant. The main dish tasted like it was reheated or sitting for a long time. But the Botona was great. The alcoholic drink was also great. I always try places 3 times. Maybe next time will be better.
Not at all impressed. Food was good but service was pretty bad. They had about 10 young people working but only the two of us in the restaurant so they were all standing behind the counter chatting it up while our drinks and salsa sat empty. They only walked past us about 50 times... We didn't actually have a waiter, it was the bartender that took our order and he was the only one that came to check on us. I finally asked the woman who brought our food out for some salsa but she never came back with it. Drinks weren't good either, pretty syrupy... We see now why everyone coming in was just picking up food to take home. I'll do that next time too if I decide to ever come back.
DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!!!!Either go to the grocery store (I have never heard or had any complaints about their food) or hit one of the other MANY Mexican restaurants around the area. I literally fought myself on writing this review.....I called and placed my order, very friendly but I had to remind her to take my name for the order? well maybe they are busy...... I pull in and the parking lot had less activity than a cemetery..... I walked in, 3 young ladies sitting at the register and I thought I heard a man speaking but I wasn't being nosey. As I waited for my food to be ready I heard their conversation on what kind of ring one of them wanted if their significant other was going to propose and back and forth. One finally decided to check on my food. My order was 10 tacos, a large order of chips and salsa, and a order of guacamole (real complicated). I get home and my guacamole isn't there so I called and was put on hold and then was asked if I wanted to return to get it or get a refund ?. If I wanted a refund I would have to go back to the restaurant anyway.......Now I'm beyond irritated because if they were busy, I could understand, if they were short staffed, I could understand, but your just being lazy especially to someone who tipped you 25%. To top it off when I finally get home these are THE WORST TACOS TACOS I'VE EVERY HAD! The meat is so hard and dry that it's hard to swallow ?.To recap:Phone service decentIn person garbage (the customer doesn't give a f about your chit chat learn the place and time)Food absolute garbage and I'm shocked someone hasn't gotten sick yet
The manager is rude and incompetent. She speaks broken English and acts like she doesn't understand what you are asking her but she understands perfectly. A managers job is to solve customer complaints and take care of problems. She does not, in fact she does not perform managerial duties and has no problem solving skills so if you have any problem whatsoever at this restaurant, and you will, you're SOL. I asked to speak to the owner and, of course, was told they were not there. They just do not care about customer service !! OMG...the worst !
I got the fajita trio. Was very good. The chips and salsa was good. Staff was niceFood: 5/5
