The employees were great BUT the chicken was soggy, small, and tasted like it had been sitting all day. For what we paid, I expected more.

There's nothing worse than getting to work ready to eat, then find out they gave you mash potatoes instead of mac and cheese.

KFC is just not as good as I remember. Something has changed with that breading which is bland and no longer peppery. Also they gave me an old dry chicken breast that was not fresh at all. It was so hard and dried out and reheated. If I was close I would have taken it back. Customer service and mgmt was very nice tho. And there prices are ridiculous for sub par food.
