I really don't like leaving bad reviews but after reading all these great reviews then having the food myself I have to be honest it's not good at all, the salsa taste like cumin the rice looks like minute rice it just doesn't taste authentic or have good flavor I had a chicken quesadilla dinner and there's just not flavor rice seems like it's already prepared not fresh and the beans were ok that was the only thing sorry just need to be honest I probably would not eat here again everyone with me also did not like the food

We recently ate here for the first time and we will definitely be returning. We did a call in pick up order, and it was ready to go when we arrived. My partner got the birria tacos and he was very happy with them. I got the California Burrito with no meat and it was SO good. I am already scoping out the menu for other items that can be made vegetarian. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a plant based protein option or even just black beans. Overall, everything was very good and the price was very fair for the size of the meals. I think El Jalapeño will be a regular on our take out dinner rotation. Vegetarian options: You can customize certain items to be vegetarian. There is no vegetarian protein on the menu, but you can remove the animal protein if you call to put in your order. Parking: Big parking lot with lots of space.
