Rosas Cafe - Allen

Not in the regular post reviews, but I must warn you the service at this place is ridiculous. we live close and go since the opening. eating is not the problem, it is the service. the drive thru is actually much worse than immersed. 7/10 times their order will be wrong. double check before they go. everyone I know says the same thing. my mom even stopped going. they give them free desserts when they blew royally, but I don't want freebies or excuses. make them just their jobs and get them the damn commands right!

Great food. you will go through the drive. their order will be wrong every time. the quality is as good as midland, but no matter what they can't get to order. in a dozen visits since the opening we only received the full order once. they will forget something else each time, but they have forgotten queso, tortillas, chips, jalapenos, and tee from a regular order of family fajitas with a order of queso. this requires a complete loop to get the back through the running gear when they catch it, otherwise they can get them home without tortillas for their fajitas. great food. check the order every time.

Rosa's is the best! The food is delicious, and the prices are affordable. What really stands out is how quickly they prepare your order, and it's always fresh and accurate. I can't believe how they do it! I absolutely love Rosa's!

The food is consistently delicious and the customer service is exceptional. The staff is fantastic!
