Bidra med feedbackKicked me (Filipino) and my friend (African American) out of the store. Me and my friend were singled out of our group, and he kicked only us out. We left the store no problem and we sat at the outdoor table with another friend. He came back later andtold us that we had to leave or he would call security. He only singled me and my black friend out and not my other friendsitting at the table. My friend 's parents stepped in. His reasoning was that we were taking up space from the customers whenthere were no other customers seated outside.
Great family-friendly place! It was our first time. My son had a gift card from a school leadership award. Very nice of this business to participate with the school. Customer service was great. 2 young ladies greeted us and asked if it was our firsttime, then explained everything. The yogurt stations and toppings areas were surprisingly clean. All toppings are individuallywrapped in containers so there's no mess ot things getting cross contaminated (nut allergy friendly). Well definitely return!
This is an excellent spot for frozen yogurt! They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, conveniently located near the children's play area, making it easy for parents to grab a treat before or after playtime. They have a wide selection of frozen yogurt flavors, including sugar-free options, as well as a great variety of toppings available in dip-sized boxes. You can choose your favorites, head to the counter, weigh your yogurt and toppings, and pay for them. They also sell frozen yogurt cakes. I particularly enjoyed their sorbet flavors; they taste fantastic!
Rushing to make their selections, my daughter and her friends started adding toppings to their yogurts when the manager returned, loudly insisting that they leave the shop and gesturing for them to exit. Feeling pressured, they put down what they were working on and left. The manager stood in front of the door to ensure they couldn’t come back in. In total, my daughter and her friends were in the shop for only about 5 to 7 minutes before being forced to leave. Interestingly, when they first entered, the non-management staff behind the counter informed them that they could sample the yogurt. It’s disappointing that the manager would try to discourage them from sampling by stating that “those samples aren’t for you all.” At that moment, they noticed another group of teenagers also sampling yogurt, but the manager didn’t address them.
Menchie's is a charming frozen yogurt shop situated in Watters Creek. They consistently offer a great selection of frozen yogurt and floats, accompanied by a diverse range of toppings. While the shop provides some indoor and outdoor seating, we prefer to take our yogurt across the street to enjoy it in the park.
