Mcdonald's - Allen

I have been coming to this McDonald's for years for my payment and coffee I read the complaints from the other customers. It's stupid to say the type of car of employees or managers gives only your complaint. Food: 5/5

I bought 3 medium Pommes and gave me only 2 and both are half finished

Food was good. Giving 3 since they screwed my discount coupon and had to call the store and finally bank to dispute as the store refused to resolve my problem. Received TMobile coupons for free 10 piece chicken nuggets, since I cannot use 2 coupons in single order,.they placed 2 orders, left no bill in the bag and noticed that they charged full price.for both the supposed to be free nuggets $11) and the store would not refund since I don't have the bill and since it took more than 2 days to report I found the issue by checking the bank transactions and it was 3rd or fourth day). Food was good.

Ordered from door dash. ordered received at 12:26pm, order delivered at 12:42pm. Food was still cold.also, didn't even get all the food I ordered and paid for and didn't get the condiments.the food i did get was just terrible. I think the reality is that once in a few years I have to order mcdonalds to remember why i hate mcdonalds. the answer is incomplete orders and cold food.mcflurries are still good though whenever the dumb machine is working.I will say also that the door dash driver was fast and awesome though!

I asked for a specific sandwich without cheese. They were not able to get it right the first time so I just went through the drive thru no problem for them to fix it. They pulled me up to wait and brought the second sandwich. This second one STILL HAD CHEESE. Had to wait for a third one to be made. At this point my fries and apple pie are cold waiting on the third sandwich. I proceed to get back in line to get fresh fries and I get to the window and she can’t find my order for a medium fry. I then went to the mobile pickup ordered the fries and asked for a manager. The manager was either not asked to come out as I requested or just didn’t want to come out. After the second sandwich I should have been speaking to a manager
