Chipotle Mexican Grill - Allen

Be careful ordering online, my burrito was about half the normal size. At least check it when you pick it up. I guess this is what they 're calling shrinkflation. I tried calling them to give them feedback and calls go thru a corporate switch board. I guess I will go thru the line next time so I can watch them make it.

Order food for delivery and it was all wrong. It’s impossible to speak to someone to help you. My whole order was messed up and the online system gave me 2 free drinks which doesn’t even make up for all the items missing.

I am a frequent at this location and normally have no issue but the bad customer service/ experience I received from danyelle was THE worse . I ask if there was fresh carnitas or how long the wait will be . She told me I had to wait until the served the rest of the dry ones they had out already before replacing . This time I didn't purchase due to this being my second horrible experience with this same individual

We work nearby and all of my coworkers, including myself, have gotten food poisoning from this location.

Food was usual Chipotle taste. Meat quantity is less.
