Bidra med feedbackI came today during lunch placed an order 1 bowl (white rice, black bean meat) as a burrito (white rice, black bean meat) but after a few bites I realized that there was hardly any meat mostly rice, so I went back inside, explained it to the checkout that went to talk to him with the manager (Daniel Moya) who also did the person who made my meal, So when he came here to tell me that, he left me behind the next customer. She then went over unapologetic with a middle face repeated what she had said to him... I then opened the Burrito showed her “infact” barely meat... At this point, I am annoyed as if I'm paying $35 at noon, so the way the store manager treats me as a customer really... I told her that this is not the way you treat a customer....then, when other customers also connected to me when they started to see what happened I literally throw the rest of the burritos into the garbage They know that I will share this with the public.... TERRIBLE way to treat customers
What has happened to customer service? I work in the hotel industry so I get that dealing with people can be difficult, but that doesn’t excuse rude behavior.My husband is a restaurant manager. We get it. But this was my second time at this location. I’ll drive down to Plano from now on because every time I come here the girls (Jasmin) was one of them; always have an unproved attitude.. so unnecessary. 10.23.22
Slow as molasses, couldn't care less about their customers. Never open on time. Horrible horrible service. This location is awful. Just stood outside again... 11:55a....Supposed to open at 1045a, which they never do. Knocked on door. They looked at me and ignored me. I'm done w these people.
This chipotle invented new bowl 50% of peppers and 50% of it is Rice. Literally paid for more meat. I guess this chipotle location is trying real hard to save on meats or is pepper the new meat. I literally had 6 bite size pieces of chicken and tea Spoonful of corn. Thank you for your great service I’ll make sure to report this and never use your location again.
Terrible customer service. Order was placed through Chipotle app but they had no record of it. Rather than trying to resolve this issue, cashier asked me for proof that I had indeed placed an order. Showed her notification on Chipotle app but she wanted confirmation number. Pulled confirmation number up from email and showed it to her. She then wanted proof that I had actually paid for it. Not going to this location again. They need to train their staff better.
