Eazie - Alkmaar

I sometimes order from this restaurant and the delivery is quick. My favorite dish is the whole wheat noodle with tofu, satay sauce (I have tried others, but this is my favorite) and sweet. The menu clearly marks the vegan options, both in-store and online. The only downside is that they cook in the same pan as meat and fish, which is common in similar restaurants.

I visited this restaurant once and found it reminiscent of my usual go-to for a quick and easy meal - a homemade stir fry with some basic ingredients like tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha. While the food was enjoyable, I would suggest exploring other Thai or wok restaurants in Alkmaar if you have the opportunity.

I tried the vegan chicken teriyaki with rice and the sweet and sour tofu with noodles at this restaurant today. Both dishes came with extra sauce and were on the sweeter side. The dishes had a few vegetable pieces in them, but the tofu seemed undercooked. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Great to have as a protein base for mealtimes. many nice to choose. well cooked and tasteful.
