Socaire - Alicante

Excellent tapas and service. Try at least their delicious croquettas, patatas bravas y pollo con conflakes. Worth a visit!

Dined here on 31 October with a late online booking for four at 22:09 with discount. The staff could not find our booking when we arrived but finally found it. We were shown to our table but waited a while before our order was taken. Granted it was busy and late night besides there were few waiters. My Spanish friends ordered a few dishes to share with a bottle of white wine. The dishes were tasty, portions minute and the bread was not home made! The last couple of dishes took such a long time to arrived. I paid the bill without checking thinking that they would have included the discount but apparently not!! I even gave them a good tip. Rather disappointing for the lack of care from the waiter!!

Lovely restaurant with seating outside. Inside has a fairly large number of covers and is very nice and contemporary. Seemed very popular with well-heeled young Spanish. The food was excellent, we had fillet steak, chicken and cod. All perfect. Two puddings were also very good. Good service and a very nice wine topped off the evening. Thoroughly recommended.

Mi última vez para ir a cenar a Socaire había sido antes de la pandemia. Carga diferente pero nos ha encantado los platos elegidos. el torrija, elección como postre, goodisima. ratio calidad precio muy adecuado.

It was just okay. we spent 90 euro for three that is expensive. at the departure you saw a sign for a 14 Euro lunch menu that was not offered to us when we sat. Eat, service and location are not worth 90 euro for three. will not be back.
