We were ready to order and pressed the button, but apparently the staff rather chat it up for then take an order. Wasted 20 minutes of our time not taking our order. We pressed the buttin again. We could see the restaurant was not understaffed, employee who clocked out about 9pm gave us an unwarranted smile as she walked to her car. Absolutely unprofessional. Same person was talking to the rest of the staff in full view of us. We left and went to the nearest Taco Bell to eat where they served us quickly and with professionalism.
