Sonic Drive-in - Algonquin

Quality has absolutely plummeted here. Ordered at peak lunch time, fries were so old I couldn't bite through most of them they were so hard. Burger was SO old it had clearly been cooked a long time ago, and missing the bacon I paid extra for. Ranch cups even tasted sour and off. Entire meal was basically inedible. Used to eat at this location often and it was great in the past. Definitely not coming back after this.

We waited about 45 minutes to get our order, having to move to a different menu to even get in touch with a restaurant employee. One of the burgers had barely any Condiments and was extremely dry while the fries were a soggy mess. Bad food, bad service.

Put in a mobile order for pick up and waited 25 minutes for someone to answer , had to press the call button twice , did not get a response or my food and had to leave despite already paying my order online.

The worker do not get your order right through the drive thru ordered 2 chili dogs and the gave me three orders chili and cheese tots

The few times we've been to this location, food has been hot and fresh, staff is friendly and professional!
