Bidra med feedbackThey are ALWAYS skimping on the flavor swirls. Other places put 4 pumps in their large iced coffees and thats what it says on the label. This place they only put 1 pump of the flavor. You cant taste a thing!
I ordered coffee with almond milk and no whipped cream. I repeated the order to confirm almond milk no whipped cream. The order came with whipped cream. I said no I can?t have whipped cream and they scooped it off. No I cannot have whipped cream. Then, Ifinally got a new order I think. They went out of sight. All that hassle and the coffee was terrible. They do not listen to thecustomer.
I was just here for 15 minutes on drive thru with a mobile order. Once I got to the window the guy tells me your mobile order will take a while come inside. I go inside wait another 10 minutes, I tell them again about mobile order and it was just sittingthere. 6 of the donuts I had ordered where all Incorrect. Coffee was cold. No apologies or a heads up on the donuts.
The person who worker the drive through window August 21st at 1pm needs to be fired. I waited on her for 12 minutes to count the register and text on her phone. I kept asking for someone else to ring me up, she kept telling me one more minute. Which shekept saying the whole 12 minutes. Finally she take my money and looks at me confused. I took my money back and left wasting atotal of 15 minutes.
I'm not sure if new management took over or what but the sevice here declined SEVERELY ever since the nice Indian man left...the lines are ridiculously long and it took 25 minutes to get through the line, absolutely absurd for a coffee place. Once I finallygot up to the window I was met with attitude especially when asking for a straw that they forgot to include with an icedcoffee....I live across the street and will drive to a different dunkin for here on out
